After an assessment I provide a training schedule for endurance and strength, based on your personal goals.
We practise all the exercises together until you feel ready to train at home without supervision.
After 6-8 weeks we will have a follow-up appointment to make sure the exercises are bringing you closer to your goal and that you feel comfortable with the correct implementation. Exercises are tailored to the following.
